Due to increased demand for court time during high use periods, the court reservation policy had been revised to be fair for all members.

When multiple members request the same court time 3 days in advance, the club manager will maintain a list and at 4:00 pm he will randomly select the member to receive the court time. He will contact each requester and inform them of the selection when offering alternatives. This policy only pertains to requests three days in advance. Requests made 2 days or less will be treated on a “first come, first served” basis.

Member teaching pros may call to reserve a court for lessons 3 days in advance but will be automatically bumped if a member requests the same court time. If a member teaching pro requests court time 2 days or less, they can reserve the court and the tennis lesson rules apply. Member teaching pros must have permission (in advance) from members playing on the adjacent court for the lesson to be given.

Non-members cannot receive tennis lessons unless they are signed on as a guest and applicable guest fees are paid.
